In the classroom, we as teachers can face thousand of problems the ones we
have to handle in the best way. Moreover, we can enlist a lot of this problems
such as: trouble makers, tardiness, bulling, laziness, etc. I want to say that
dealing with these thousand of problems is a big deal for the teacher. I
want to talk about Trouble makers.
I just remember that when I was in the public school with a classmate the
past year, we faced a boy that was shy or perhaps something like this. He seemed
to be a normal boy. He liked to talk a lot. He liked to bother with his
classmatese, etc. But later, we found out that he was like a shy boy when the teacher
asked him to pass to the front to do something.
He did not never pass; he just seated in his chair and hid his head under his
arms. This was he did all the times the teacher asked him to do something. I
found this odd becasue I have never seen a case like this. This guy was a normal boy with everything but not with passing to the front. We did not do anything for him in those days because we
were just giving classes.
I think that to solve this problem, we can start doing an observation upon him we can start asking his classmates if they know the cause why he
acts like that. And also we can ask to him, but it has to be very discrete. Then,
we can make a series of activities in which we can make him to participate
indirectly. We can help him deal with his shyness by giving him a volunteer
participation. So on. This is my point of view in order to deal with this kind
of problems in the classroom.
I think that to solve this problem, we can start doing an observation upon him
